Enquiries and correspondence
The Wix form requests your name, email address and project description. These fields are required to send the form. Without them, we cannot receive an enquiry through this channel; you may also contact us by telephone or email. Avoid including sensitive data or unnecessary personal information about other people.
The information is used to answer your enquiry and prepare the support you requested. When a person requests a quotation for themselves, necessary processing is based on steps taken before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other professional correspondence, including with representatives of an establishment, relies on the legitimate interest in answering enquiries and managing the professional relationship (Article 6(1)(f)).
Browsing and preferences
Servers and security services may process technical information such as IP address, date, requested page and browser characteristics to deliver pages and prevent abuse. This supports the legitimate interest in maintaining an available and secure website.
The website code contains no Google Analytics, advertising pixel or embedded YouTube player. Photos, videos and fonts are loaded from this website. Your animation choice is stored for the tab session. See our cookie information for details.
Photographs and testimonials
The website presents photographs, videos, names and testimonials related to professional activities. Presenting this background serves the legitimate interest in informing visitors, subject to the necessary publication permissions and individual rights. Contact us about your image, a quotation or an attribution so that the situation can be reviewed.
Recipients and service providers
Enquiries are intended for BHC Consulting and people authorised to handle them. Wix hosts the form and its responses. Microsoft provides the email service used for correspondence. OpenAI/Sites and Cloudflare provide website delivery and security. Data needed for these services may be processed by their technical providers.
Processing outside the European Economic Area may occur. The countries, transfer mechanisms and technical retention periods applying to the configuration in use still need to be confirmed with the providers. This notice will be updated with those details; no claim of exclusively European data hosting is made.
Retention
The criteria for retaining correspondence are the time needed to respond, the follow-up requested, any resulting assignment, legal requirements and the need to establish or defend a right. These criteria do not mean that all enquiries should be retained indefinitely. The detailed deletion schedule for enquiries without follow-up, Wix responses and backups is being formalised.
The animation preference lasts for the tab session. The identified Cloudflare security cookie expires after 30 minutes of inactivity according to its provider. The exact retention period for hosting logs still needs to be confirmed.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it for the future.
Send your request to brochard.benoit@live.be or the registered office. A reply must be provided within one month, subject to the extensions allowed by the GDPR. Proportionate identity verification may be needed where reasonable doubts arise. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
